Office cubiles Installation

If you are planning to use cubicles for your office space, first of all, we will come up with a plan of the cubicle layout, so it meets all of your company’s needs. Do you prioritize privacy, or do you want to increase your employees’ efficiency and morale? No matter the goals for your space, we can execute your vision!

Cubicle factors

The main factors to consider when deciding on which layout would be the best fit are privacy, comfort, aesthetics, and collaborative needs. Secondly, you will have to choose how the individual stations will look like by adjusting the panel height, the number of doors, or ceiling panels.

How to Organize Your Cubicles

1. Declutter and reorganize

Start by deciding which items to keep and which you can get rid of. The rule of thumb is only to keep things that are functional or aesthetically appealing. It will create more space for important documents and an overall, more breathable atmosphere

After mercilessly throwing away anything not useful, organize what is left. Assign each item or group of items a designated location on/in the desk to organize and remain oganized for the foreseeable future. If you do not have enough space, try asking your manager for a small cabinet or a bookshelf. Many companies keep some furniture in storage and only take it out if necessary, so you could save some money by not purchasing it yourself.

Lastly, to make organizing easier, purchase tools such as drawer divider, inbox sorters, or pencil cups.

2. Consider Adjustable Desks

If you have some spare space in the cubicle and your staff has to sit throughout the whole day except to use the restroom and go to lunch, consider getting adjustable desks. It allows your staff to either work seated or to raise the desk to a standing height. This helps circulation and heightens mood.

3. Decorate

Allow your staff some personal items for their cubicles to feel more at home there. For example, family photographs, favorite mugs, birthday cards, or a themed calendar might also be the right choice. To relieve some of the stress, and to feel more relaxed, try buying an aromatherapy lamps.

It will pleasantly scent the cubicles with pleasant smells from lavender and orange, to cappuccino or eucalyptus. These tweaks have been found to heighten staff morale.

4. Get a plant

Since the majority of cubicles do not have any windows, brighten up your office space with plants. However, make sure to get a plant that does not require much sunlight and is low maintenance. Not only is a plant a great decoration, but a study has shown that their presence improves people’s attention as well. Furthermore, it gives you something to tend to and care for in your little space.

Additionally, our art movers, who've gone through specialized training, can assist you with the transportation of your art. By using proper packing techniques like nonabrasive foam and blankets, custom crates, and shadow boxes with cardboard frames, we ensure the most secure move of your art.

Besides securing your art from any physical damage, GAM uses its climate-controlled trucks to shield it from extreme temperatures and humidity.

How to Display Paintings

1. By themselves or with a frame

If you have a large original painting, you can easily make it a centerpiece of the room. Since original paintings are already stretched over a wooden frame and ready to be hanged, you do not need to worry about purchasing a frame. However, getting a frame that will match the style of your home might also be an excellent way to incorporate your art into the space.

2. Gallery wall/shelves

Creating a gallery that will cover the whole wall is a great way to showcase your taste. You can either mix and match different artists, sizes, and themes or systematically show a work of a specific artist. However, if you like to change your gallery often, instead of constantly hammering in new nails, create a gallery on shelves. That way, you can put art up or down as much as you want, without the hustle of repairing the wall all the time.

3. Pairs

If you do not wish to decorate the whole wall, try finding only two pictures that would complement each other. Having a couple of paintings is a great way to show two art pieces from the same artist or paintings that share some common characteristics. In case that you have decided for a matching pair of painting, make sure to get matching frames as well.
